According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 19, 1994 No. 172 “On Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine“ On Consumer Rights Protection ”, goods of proper quality are not subject to exchange (return): underwear; bed linen; corsetry goods; hosiery.
Namely:
- underwear: pajamas, nightgowns, lingerie, pajamas and jackets, peignoirs, night gowns, pants, pants, under skirts, swimwear, bathing suits, beachwear and other similar articles made of fabrics, non-woven fabrics and other textiles (GOST 25296-2003);
- bed linen: duvets, sheets, pillow cases, lower and upper, mattresses and other similar products, including children's (GOST 31307-2005); - corsetry goods: bras, bodysuits, corsets (GOST 17037-85);
- hosiery: tights, leggings, socks, stockings, semi-stockings, followers (GOST 17037-85).
